Acceptance of terms
ONSEAT provides digital seating-plan tools for event hosts. You must use the service lawfully and respectfully.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe. Do not share access to your host account.
Payment and per-plan activation
You may create and edit a seating plan before purchasing. Sharing, the guest link and QR code require a one-time payment for that specific plan, including the shared floor plan and guest check-in. Paying for one plan does not activate other plans in your account. Each additional plan requires its own activation. There is no subscription or recurring renewal fee.
Manual activation
Contact ONSEAT on Instagram at @onseat__ (instagram.com/onseat__/) with your plan code. Before you pay, ONSEAT will confirm the price in Canadian dollars, the total including any applicable taxes, payment instructions, refund and cancellation terms, and the expected activation timing in writing. Activation is manual after payment is confirmed, not an instant online checkout. Until activation, guest links and previously downloaded QR codes cannot provide seating lookup or guest check-in. You may continue editing your plan.
Access after your event
Activation does not expire when your event ends and does not require a renewal payment. Access remains subject to these terms and the continued availability of ONSEAT; this is not a guarantee of perpetual hosting. Deleting an activated plan or account removes its guest access and does not transfer activation to another plan. Contact ONSEAT before deleting if you have questions about your purchase. Any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected by these terms or the refund arrangements confirmed before payment.
Your content
You own the guest names and event details you enter. You are responsible for having the right to collect and share that information.
Privacy
Guest names are only used to display seating assignments. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Termination
You may delete your account and plans at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.
Limitation of liability
ONSEAT is provided as-is. We are not liable for event disruptions or errors caused by incorrect seating data entered by hosts.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ONSEAT after changes means you accept the new terms.
